Temulac Engineering Consultants, LLC was established in 2012. The owner of the firm, Robert Brown P.E., has over 50 years of experience in Construction and Engineering professional services including Consulting in CPM Scheduling, Claim Analysis, Cost Estimating, Project Management, Owner Representation, and Program Management.
